Port the assembler block to 1.14

MC (1.9.4. forge version 1954) crashes before getting to loading screen with mod enabled. appears to be a forge bug but log eventually gets to the mod's bootstrap code. tested with mod version 1.0.0. crash doesn't occur when DulceDeLeche is removed from mod folder.

Thought it was a result of playtesting in creative so switched to survival and was still able to mine bedrock (and jump out of the world for science!). This would probably go great with a mod that sends players to nether when they fall out of the world but with something more vanilla (mods wise) this is probably undesired behaviour.

To reproduce:
go to bedrock level. mine not bedrock itself but a block that can be that is next to it like stone. AOE mining will then destroy the bedrock.

When the workbench is broken it will drop the items in the crafting template slots and recipe output slot.

Creepers spawn in torch lit areas I suspect the following to be the offending code as it only checks sky light.

In Survival, mining either of the blocks (the Workbench or the Assembler) will instantly destroy it, dropping only their contents and not the blocks themselves.

How to reproduce:

1. Place either a Workbench or Assembler in the world
2. In survival mode, mine the block

Attempting to open the GUIs of either the Assembler or the Workbench will cause the game to crash.

Restrict players from being able to sleep in recently placed beds.

Attempting to launch the game in 19w12b will cause a crash during preInit of the Enchantments module. This happens regardless if said module is disabled in the config.

The particular error is:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/enchantment/Enchantment
