I haven't seen AI using stuff like Shadow Word: Pain on its minions anymore, but it does use Power Word: Shield or Mark of the Wild on opponent's ones.

Similar to the above, Hooktusk, Pirate's Mark, Thalnos on the board, Eviscerates her own minion even though there are plenty of better uses.
