Implement the GET method for /jobs to return all the tasks

Add a create job api

We need an api to create a job. A job is a basic json document holding which action and which service to use, and other metadata needed.

A basic format would be like this:

{ "user_id": <reference>,  
  "job_service": <service_name>,
  "job_action": <action_type>,
  "data": <arbitrary json data>
}

Later we need to implement a service collection, which holds permission for different services, and reference a service using id.

Add an api for registration after a successful persona login

Add the ability to register as a user in the backend by recording the user's email (we will use persona)

Add support for persona verification in the backend

We will use persona to handle authentication but we need to verify the assertion from the client with the persona server.

Implement a sorted job queue

This queue needs to be sorted to do the job right.

Implement a completion queue

Pop when next time clients asks for all jobs
