Add the wyre widget to the Squad Donation Portal

First implementation of the backend is ready (except for the description field of the help squads). It'd be nice to plug both together!

We could have a deeper integration by using the Ramp widget instead of a redirect.

The following features should be included in the portal creation process:

• Form fields validation.

• Redirect to squad's portal after clicking init Squad.

• Show a warning in case of a failed request.

• Don't allow to create a Squad before Fortmatic registration ends.

• Add a css loader while Fortmatic plugin loads.

• Prevent more than one Fortmatic plugin from being generated at once when the register button is pressed

This is not exactly an issue for the frontend since it would involve smart contracts, but I wasn't sure where to put it.

Right now, because people need to buy ETH to pay for transactions, they would need to do two payments: to buy ETH, and to donate. This is very cumbersome.

I propose we cut it all to one payment that they can do to just buy ETH. Since ETH is very volatile, we need to convert it to DAI somewhere.

So what we could do is:

• User buys ETH
• User sends ETH to conversion contract. That contract would include a to parameter and would convert the ETH sent into DAI and send it to its destination. We could also include a from parameter containing the user's wallet, in the case that we want to traverse the entire chain in the future and build a donation leaderboard or something like that.

This way, the user just needs to do one payment!

Use Aragon connect to create predefined votes like: "Propose new member" or "Reimburse X amount to Y" just to simplify the use of DAOs for the early adopters of HelpDAO.

We should allow users to create new help squads with:

• Name
• Description
• DAO address
• Chat invite link

To stop spam, we could also add either a captcha or social login (login with Facebook/Twitter/VK, etc.).

Social login would actually be cool so that donors can see who created the squad and a link to their socials.
