It's necessary to implement navigation between view models associated with UIViewControllers.

Given Ordered Dictionary has subscription by key and index, when key has the same type as index, compiler mess things up.

Reproduce:

1. Place breakpoint into BaseObservableOrderedDictionary's subscript by key setter
2. Create dictionary with Int key
3. Try to use subscription collection[intKey] or collection[intKey]?

Result:
Compiler complaint that he could not subscript or in second case generate code that will be calling setter on each attempt to get value by key.

It's necessary to implement observable collections like ObservableArray, ObservableOrderedDictionary, ObservableOrderedMultiDictionary.

Implement adapters that can be mediators between UITableView (etc.) and collections.
