Hall sensor pins are incorrectly swapped

Schematic pins for HALL sensor DRV5032AJDBZR been made as:
Pin 1: VCC
Pin 2: OUT
Pin 3: GND

PCB has been made

Data sheet shows Pins as here:

AS can bee seen: GND should be the mid pin. And not as on the PCB where the Mid pin is the output

ICD PCB connector not wire according to ICD pinout

In GardenGate PCB design V1 the ICD pinnout pins are: incorrect
1: VDD_Target
2: ICSPDAT
3: VPP_*MCLR
4: VSS_Ground
5: ICSPCLK (only one correct)
6: N.C. (not connected)

Should have been this order instead (cable can then be wired 1-1, 2-2 ....6-6
1: VPP_*MCLR
2: VDD_Target
3: VSS_Ground
4: ICSPDAT
5: ICSPCLK
6: N.C. (not connected)
