Team names with a '-' character in them result in broken links - url safe encoding needed

zingstats/zing_stats.py:279: FutureWarning:

Sorting because non-concatenation axis is not aligned. A future version
of pandas will change to not sort by default.

To accept the future behavior, pass 'sort=False'.

To retain the current behavior and silence the warning, pass 'sort=True'.

the -b parameter is used to pass a branch variable, however the branch variable should be set via the BRANCHES env variable

Maybe provide some way for the user to specify well-known in-repo files that describe a CI job to be run on the project e.g. .travis.yml, drone config or others

zing_stats fails with TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable if no --branch/-b argument is supplied. The default behaviour is intended to be that all branches of all projects will be analysed if no branch is specified.
