Pull outstanding support issue count from Zendesk
We should have a box that has a count of the outstanding issues in Zendesk. If this could be tied to the age of the oldest request, we could raise an error if their are tickets that haven't been looked at for over a week or something like that.
They have a RESTful API, so I think this shouldn't be a problem.
Server box should include timestamp of last update.
This is good because we can see that everything is actually working, and it's useful to have too.
