Auto-generate makefile dependencies for included files and images

Right now there is no real dependency tracking at all ...

A simple brute force quick and dirty approach could be to generate a list of all files included when building the document would be:

find . -name "*.adoc" | xargs egrep -h -o "(include|image)::[^\[]+" | sed -e's/image:://g' -e's/include:://g' -e's/{sourcedir}\///g' | sort | uniq

It would of course be better to have asciidoctor generate this list itself, but I so far could not really find out how to get all included files and images from that easily, only the actual asciidoc source files ... :o
