A general-purpose encoder-decoder framework for Tensorflow. Seq2seq最初是为机器翻译而编写的，但后来被开发用于各种其他任务，包括摘要、会话建模和图像字幕。只要一个问题能够以一种格式编码输入并解码成另一种格式输出，就可以使用这个框架。它是用Python中流行的Tensorflow库编写的。
