Tested on zeek version 4.0.4.
The event DNS_TUNNELS::dns_request(c:connection, msg: dns_msg, query: string, qtype: count, qclass: count)
line needs to be changed to: event dns_request(c:connection, msg: dns_msg, query: string, qtype: count, qclass: count)
in order to function properly. Otherwise the event is never triggered, since it is looked up in the DNS_TUNNELS module instead of the built-in function (*.bif) files.
You are using Broxygen comment markers in your code which is causing your package to output warnings about extraneous Broxygen comments.
