headers not set correctly

First of all thank you for this handy middleware!

Headers in imageSend.ts are not beeing set correctly which leads to images not beeing cached. PR will be committed soon.

Return 500 instead of 400 for try catch block in Handler

It is more conformed with good practice to return a 5xx error instead of 4xx error because this is an unknown error that the catch block is trying to throw. Should be an InternalServerException

Suggestion and error

Hello,
I found out about this library from reddit. It is exactly what i was looking for. It is awesome that it has support for caching 👍

I have a suggestion to add support for changing the default background color on the app level for the contain fit, for example i could choose #FFFFFF color when initializing the middleware.

Also, i found out this error: The library gives error when there is .svg file in the images directory.
