Implement foralls

Current typechecking syntax only allows for ad-hoc polymorphism.
Parametric polymorphism could simply be added by creating a new type such that

isSubtype (New name) _ = quit TypeError

this works because the following case also exists

isSubtype a b | a == b = pure ()

Don't exit the REPL when there is an error

Currently, the REPL will immediately exit if there was an error.

It should behave like other languages' REPLs in that they do not exit immediately if there is an error with your code.
