Not working with click 7.0.*

bits3 command is not worlink if click 7.0* is installed:

BUG: progress on upload is writting new lines

BUG: if S3 bucket is empty, bits3 command won't work

If S3 bucket is empty the last_upload variable in the check_if_upload_necessary is None and thus the comparison with datetime.datetime.now() raises an exception.
