Azure AKS has preview support for auto scaling (adding more nodes). That would be quite useful at some point (but not for the MVP). Adding it as a issue so we remember.

Currently we get kubernetes 1.9.9 when we use terraform to provision a kubernetes cluster, but azure seems to support up to 1.11.2 (az aks get-versions -l northeurope). A newer version provides support for e.g. autoscaling of nodes. There is probably some way to specify what version of kubernetes we want, so we should figure out what version we want and fix it.

Attempting to do ks pkg install kubeflow/tf-job results in an error, it seems like the package does not exists. Should the line be removed from the instructions?
