author - will create a block in the document with an announcement text and a link to any other page of the website.
markup - will generate a

with the appropriate block wrapper and block so that the css of the block will add the visual elements such as

• stretch it to the entire view width
• apply a dark blue background color
• provides an option to close the teaser

And this block should work in all break points ( desktop , tablet and mobile)
