As we develop new guidance on how the Service will organize material in ScienceBase, leaving behind LCC days, make sure we update guidance on Default Parent Identifiers and other items in this section.

Perhaps we should include a "Developer resources" or similar section.

This could be in addition to the existing Bulk editing resources or that section could be included in the broader developer resources.
