このこのようなエラーがでます
しかしチャットGPTなどに聞いてディレクトリの権限をいじっても出ます
またsudo で実行しても出ます
解決の方法を教えてください

間違えて消してしまったのでもう一度失礼します（エラーの解決をしていただきたいのですが）

エラーがでます
環境はwin11(開発者モードによるubuntu)
です
