When an http api is implement we should use swagger to generate documentation for it.

https://github.com/swaggo/swag should be added to Gopkg.toml as a dependency, and any generation/files should be included in the Makefile and docker-compose/Dockerfile

Currently hnfilter-server is run, unnecessarily, in a golang container.
Either:
Continue pre-building the binary locally and mount into a smaller container like scratch or alpine

Create a multi-stage dockerfile to build in a golang container but still run in scratch etc.

Need to design and implement an HTTP server that will be started from cmd/main.go and provide access to the Store interface.

The tsv trigger doesn't correctly weight the body column, upon init reinsertion will incorrectly parse lexemes. Replace the tsv trigger with a custom SET command.
