Install with a different name about homebrew-ffmpeg

I am not against this in principle. So the primary reason for asking is the amount of conflicts you're getting against the Homebrew-core formulae?

Additionally, the following should be considered:

• This would be a breaking change for existing users of this formula.
• In terms of UX, people maybe just want to install ffmpeg and call it as ffmpeg from the CLI
• It'd be fairly easy to just run a static build without Homebrew if needed

@slhck I guess, we could easily add a flag. When not set, the behaviour is as now; when set, then it uses another name. Should I prepare a PR?
