When icu4c was updated to a newer version (in #153108), node@16 was already deprecated, so it was not tested or rebuilt. It is therefore expected that it doesn't work after icu4c is updated.

Node.js 16 is not supported anymore. Please consider updating to a supported version, or seek alternative installation options.

I understand, but then it should be disabled rather than deprecated like node@14

Deprecated formulae are still visible in Homebrew core, so folks who need it can still rebuild from source. They're only disabled after about a year, because folks get REALLY UPSET (somewhat justifiably) when their favorite formulae suddenly can't be installed at all, without advance notice.

We would accept a revision bump for this. If it fails to build then we can discuss disabling or removing bottles it as the bottles are clearly broken otherwise.
