I am trying to open the file in Global_RoC/DATA/input/Dataset_20210316 to run
your code but I receive the following error message below.
"Error in load("/Users/ekaterinalarina/Downloads/Dataset_20210316.rds") :
bad restore file magic number (file may be corrupted) -- no data loaded
In addition: Warning messages:
1: In readChar(con, 5L, useBytes = TRUE) :
truncating string with embedded nuls
2: file ‘Dataset_20210316.rds’ has magic number 'X'
Use of save versions prior to 2 is deprecated "

Can you please provide another rds file or a solution for the issue? Thank you for your help!
