feat: Show parent readme when sub-module doesn't contain a readme

Some modules have documentation in non-obvious locations where mim doesn't find them.

Two examples:

None of the usb-device-* modules have documentation but the parent usb directory contains a well-written README.

aioble is even more awkward because the folder structure allows for a flexible installation of modules.

May need to search a little wider to find the documentation. Or perhaps extend the JSON to point to docs?
