a way to move boxes

Describe the solution you'd like

• a function like BoxcarMove y x that moves boxes y rows and x cols

• in BoxcarOn mode with e.g. +, the box under the cursor should move

Describe the bug
when resizing a box vertically that is above other boxes is broken

To Reproduce
put two largish boxes next to each other. resize the left one vertically..

Expected behavior
the left box should be resized and the first should only be moved and not resized or destroyed
