an attempt to compile via:

nvcc -o cuSTNLFFM kernel.cu cuLayer.cpp ReadParameters.cpp fusion.cpp -lgdal

returns

Dear cuSTNLFFM authors:
When I ran the cuSTNLFFM.exe the process only took 1107ms. After I checked the output directory there are not ouput results. It seems that there are something wrong with writing process in my cuSTNLFFM.exe
I tried changing the input dir into wrong dir and it returned the error of

ERROR 4: D:\Penguins\simdata\e1\modd\usfmod\mod_u_1: No such file or directory
