Alla olevassa kuvassa tapausten kumulatiivinen kokonaismäärä päivämäärän funktiona sairaanhoitopiireittäin sekä vanhan (v1) että uuden (v2) data mukaan. Vanha data näyttäisi olevan paikon edellä (merkitty punaisella). Onko tiedossa, mistä erot tähän suuntaan johtuvat?

I need a sanity check. If I'm not mistaken the UTC time as of writing this issue is 10:52 but the api returns id: 87, date: "2020-03-12T11:15:00.000Z".

HS publishes the number of patients requiring intensive care daily, being able to track these would be highly valuable as the number is less dependent on testing capacity and criteria.

Currently, most cases are listed as "infectionSource: unknown", but could they be listed as "infectionSource: international" or even specify the country? I would like to separate everyday life from international cases.

In this sense, none of the cases in Finland are unknown: "Tähän mennessä Suomessa on todettu 30 laboratoriovarmistettua uuden koronaviruksen (COVID-19) aiheuttamaa tautitapausta. It would be nice if we could collect data of recovered cases also.

Is it even possible to collect recovered cases in Finland? Or should we just start marking confirmed cases as cured after a set time?

Case 110 infectionSourceCountry seems to be empty string "" at the moment. On other cases where there isn't infectionSourceCountry the value is null

The values for id 1 and 2 are numeric, whereas 3 onwards are strings. Could you update this so that all are of the same type? I guess all id should be sent as string.

Related to that, the documentation says that the IDs should be numeric, but the API sends them as string.

The recovered cases don't seem to be updated. Is this as designed?

Case id should be running number starting from 1 but it seems like case with id 60 is missing.

I just noticed that the confirmed array only has 86 objects, even though there should be 87 cases. Case number 60 seems to be missing.

About every fifth request fails for me. This never happened with v1 API.

The results backdating used by THL has some logic to it, but makes the numbers difficult to interpret and compare with other countries. Basically one must take the last few days of data with a grain of salt until they are far enough in the past that the vast majority of test results have rolled in, which contradicts some of the whole idea of having a source of authoritative numbers. In some sense, leaving the recent days out of the derived data feed entirely might be something to consider (publishing only "confirmed" or "final" data). I don't know if I actually recommend this, but I just wanted to raise this issue that changing to THL-published data is not all positive.

I've gotten few questions about the dates of the cases today. Many sources have been talking about 50 new infections today but the dataset says that today (12.3.) there has been 44 cases. Although the total number of confirmed infections match with the data from THL. https://thl.fi/fi/-/suomessa-on-todettu-50-uutta-koronavirustartuntaa-?redirect=%2Ffi%2F

Is this because the accurate date of the infection is not known? Or is THL just calculating daily cases based on office hours? :) eg. from 6am to 6am?

Olisi hyvä tarkentaa tarkoittaako testiaineiston tested-kenttä tehtyjen testien lukumäärää vai testattujen henkilöiden lukumäärää. Nämä eroavat toisistaan, mikäli samoja henkilöitä on testattu useaan kertaan.

Maybe this is typo, and is meant to say CHN? CH is alpha-2 code for Switzerland though, so it's a bit confusing now :D

Sairaaladatassa 25.4. päivän tietoihin on merkitty väärä aikaleima 2020-04-24. Lisäksi kyseisen päivän koko Suomen tiedoista totalHospitalised ja inWard ovat väärin. (Pitäisi olla 193 ja 133, eikä 190 ja 130).

näyttää siltä, että healthCareDistrict voi olla joko sairaanhoitopiiri, null tai tyhjä stringi. Mikä ero on nullilla ja tyhjällä stringillä?

Sairaaladatassa (finnishCoronaHospitalData), pitäisi varmaankin päivän 2020-03-21 tiedoissa kenttien totalHospitalised, inWard ja inIcu arvojen olla null tai nan tai jotain vastaavaa nykyisen arvon 0 sijaan? Ei nimittäin vaikuta uskottavalta, että sairaalahoidossa ei olisi ollut vielä yhtään ihmistä samana päivänä, kun ensimmäinen kuolintapaus ilmoitettiin.

Internet Archiven Wayback Machinen mukaan THL on ilmoittanut sairaala- ja tehohoidossa olevien maanlaajuiset lukumäärät myös 23.3. (sairaala: 50, teho: 13) [lähde] ja 24.3. (sairaala: 73, teho: 17) [lähde]. Nämä puuttuvat nykyisestä sairaaladatasta, mutta ne voisi varmaankin lisätä mukaan?

Samaa dataa voisi ehkä saada myös Terveystalolta ja muilta suurilta lääkäriasemilta ja sairaanhoitopiireiltä, tuurilla jopa takautuvasti.

Useissa vahvistetuissa tapauksissa healthCareDistrict on null jostain syystä. Onko tämä tarkoituksenmukaista vai virhe?
