I wonder if the text in the GUI window next to the thickness entry box should read:

Please check actual material thickness and adjust value here accordingly.

What do you think?

Add a note to the GUI next to Matl Thickness, saying "Please confirm actual material thickness."

All right, I have changed the reminder text in the GUI.

I have changed the material choices and corresponding thicknesses to match the table above.

Note: All three materials, with their thicknesses of 0.74", 0.75", 0.76", produce cutlists which show the thickness as 3/4". Do you think there should be a record somewhere on the cutlist of the actual thickness, such as 0.74", perhaps in the job header where it has material and thickness?
