Hi!
For some reason plugin isn't working at all with version v1.16.11-gke.5 but still working with v1.16.8-gke.15. Can you please check it?

$ kubectl spy mypod
loading spy pod...
Flag --generator has been deprecated, has no effect and will be removed in the future.
pod "spy-2557" deleted
Error from server (BadRequest): container "spy" in pod "spy-2557" is not available

This will allow people with multiple clusters to use this tool more easily

I am getting this error:

• Mainly containerd for kind

Please add new release version v0.4.0 to krew-index.

And if possible add automation for future releases with https://krew.sigs.k8s.io/docs/developer-guide/release/automating-updates/

Installed the kubespy using latest krew: kubectl krew install spy

Issue details

Running :

kubectl spy mypod-10852-599996c776-7rv2d -n test loading spy pod... Error: unknown flag: --generator See 'kubectl run --help' for usage.

Expected

Expected: to get spy info for pod.

i tried this plugin with k3d and it didn't work here is the screenshot of that error
