Usage: Use the Makefile to generate the waveguide-Executable.
Run it with the parameters 0.01 and 1e-15 
(first one as delta for the k-Square and the second parameter as stopping criterion for the cg-Solver).
An optional third argument is used as refinement-Level (try small Numbers <5!).
Note that the input-File has to reside under the path ./inputs/unit_circle.txt!
