Adds support for term meta to WordPress. Creates the wp_termmeta table and defines the associated metadata functions ( add_term_meta, update_term_meta, delete_term_meta, get_term_meta, get_term_custom, update_termmeta_cache ).

Term meta in core

Database storage engine

Just curious as to why you explicitly specify MyISAM as the storage engine for the termmeta table? Looking at how WP core sets up the database schema, I notice it doesn't explicitly specify which storage engine to use.
