Proposition: Use the CLASH skill more in calculating damages

Abilities like RAMBLE reduce clash temporarily, but this means little when the only skill to rely on CLASH is... CLASH. We should standardize the basic debate moves and have their damages scale with the users clash (I'm looking at you, SHOUT)

Proposition: For increasing the difficulty of higher level characters

For the really high level characters (like Evan), it makes sense to give case levels above 6. For others (like I'm working on McMoran right now) it doesn't make as much sense. I suggest we all incorporate into our character design philosophy (for higher level characters) an emphasis on self-healing moves. The base example would be REBUILD. These moves can bolster case (some only up to 6, some past 6), and would serve make higher levels more difficult without needing to assign characters ridiculous amounts of HP.
