I can not find a way to listen to the opening and closing events of the menu.
The selectionMenuController does not have such an ability.

SelectionMenu does not rebuild when the parent rebuilds

I wrapped SelectionMenu in a wrapper stateful class. The calling of setState on this wrapper did not update the trigger with the new initiallySelectedItemIndex.

Add the ability to change padding size in `DropdownAnimationComponent`.
