cake_wallet's Issues

Transaction Failure Due to Non-Accounted Transaction Fee When Using "All" Button

Environment: Cake wallet Android Version 4.9.1

Precondition: User's wallet balance must be non-zero and sufficient to cover the transaction fee.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the section where transactions are performed.
  3. Ensure that the wallet has a non-zero balance and that it is sufficient to cover the transaction fee.
  4. Click on the "All" button to use the full balance for the transaction.
  5. Confirm and attempt to send the transaction.

Expected Result:
The transaction should be processed by deducting the transaction fee from the total wallet balance. The remaining amount (total balance - transaction fee) should be sent successfully.

Actual Result:
The transaction fails to process. The user receives an error message stating "Null check operator used on a null value", which suggests that the application did not properly handle the transaction fee deduction when the "All" button was used.

Priority: High

Error on Wallet Switching - "Failed to load [Wallet Name]"

Environment:

Precondition: Multiple wallets are created or restored within the app.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the "Wallets" section from the app menu.
  3. Attempt to switch between the existing wallets by selecting a different wallet.

Expected Result:
The user should be able to switch between wallets seamlessly without encountering any errors.

Actual Result:
An error message is displayed: "Failed to load [Wallet Name]. CreateWalletException(message: )". The wallet fails to load, and the user cannot switch to it.
