seems like password hashes have grown in version 7.0 compared to 6.0
when i run a dycrypt of a 7.0 hash, i get:

Hi latest xmaneger v7.x retail setup not require plus serial during setup but activation online/offline/local server

Could you kindly elaborate the purpose of importing win32api? I'm trying to run it on CentOS 7 and it appears that win32api refuse to coexist with it. Any workaround?
