Remove Superfluous Mixins on Next Breaking Change

This will be a running list of mixins that are no longer needed, and should be removed on the next breaking/major change.

  • #transparent .color() and #transparent .background() replaced by built in LESS fade() function

Allow mixins to self declare dependencies

though less 1.4 (beta) promises to remove support for @import-once using this behavior as default, a user can't cherry pick mixins unless they define their own dependencies.

Hopefully the 1.0 release will allow for the following

center-block.less

@import "margin";

// Horizontally center a block element.
.center-block() {
    display: block;
    .h-margin(auto);
}

Make variable names consistent.

wether you are declaring a boolean, value, or path the var syntax should be consistent. use hyphen or underscore across the board.
