chrome-image-uncenterer's Issues

Images won't uncenter when hosted on tumblr

If I open an image that's hosted on Tumblr by itself (this image, for example), it will forcibly re-center itself. Sometimes it happens instantly, other times it can be seen in the top left corner for a fraction of a second first.

It does at least keep the border as white instead of black, but it's jarring considering it works fine for other images.

Not uncentering in Chrome

There appears to be an additional <div> in the targeted <body>, which seems to cause the img:only-child selector to select nothing.

I was able to get the old behaviour back by removing only-child from the selector, but I don't know if only-child was there for a reason, and whether this could potentially cause problems on other pages.

Local Files not working

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.3
Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)

Local files are still being centred on a black background. Tried disabling all other extensions but the problem persists. Online images behave as expected.

Thanks for the extension!

Extension Not Working

Hello,

Fresh installation of 64-bit Google Chrome, up-to-date. I tried both the web store and load unpacked installation methods with no luck. No images are uncentered.

user on Windows 8.1 reports only working for local files

here's the report from a review in the Chrome Web Store:

It doesn't work for images from websites, for example: https://static.pexels.com/photos/4022/cold-snow-forest-trees.jpeg

I am on windows 8.1
Chrome version 56.0.2924.87

It works for images located on the computer, however

very strange. my best guess is it might be a different extension interfering. I'll need to do some testing with these specific versions and perhaps some popular third part extensions to see if I can replicate.

No longer working

Last night, Chrome Image Uncenterer stopped working. The extension in the corner suggests it's still working fine, but it does not uncenter or remove the black background on any image.

Not working

The plug-in hasn't worked for me at all, sadly.

Restarted Chrome, deleted cookies/cleared cache, disabled all other extensions.

Any thoughts?

I'm on Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Chrome.

Works, but not when printing?

I mainly need this because I am printing labels that Chrome suddenly centers instead of leaving where they should be. Your extension fixed it on the page itself -- but as soon as I go to PRINT it, it centers it again. Can this be modified to fix that problem and leave printed images as they were too?

Thank you!

Better History chrome app centers image

First, thank you very much for making this app. I've been using it ever since the image update.

I'm here to report that the chrome app 'Better History' centers images. Background is still white, just that the image gets centered.

It does have a github here: https://github.com/LeFouineur/better-history

I'll look into it later when I have time, and see if I can find what's resetting the images.
