The defer steps idea didn't work and caused lots of odd bugs.

When a feature step is missing, a definition example is given, but the feature file where the step is declared is not shown.
It would be useful to show both for cases where a typo has been made in the feature.

For larger test sets, show dots for the steps of successful scenarios, and pretty-print for all steps of scenarios where a step fails.

For some steps, we need to do special case set-up and tear-down that stops the majority of tests running quickly.

It would be useful to be able to mark steps (or Before / After) as being deferred, and all scenarios containing a marked step should come after all the non-deferred scenarios are run.

Given the text of a step which exists in a feature file, look through all steps files and return file name/path and line number of the js files which will resolve the step.

Nice to have - typescript option, return file name / line number of typescript file containing matching step.
