Release IRISreader on PyPI?

Hello @chuwyler! @Brandonleighpanos and I are using the awesome IRISreader package in our book called "Machine Learning, Statistics, and Data Mining for Heliophysics" at helioml.org. Right now we are installing IRISreader directly from the master branch of this git repository, but it would be easier (for everyone) to install it directly with pip. Would you be willing to put IRISreader on PyPI? I'm happy to help!
