Alfred 4 workflow to manage the hosts file on OSX

1. Download the .alfredworkflow file and open it to install the extension to Alfred (requires Powerpack)

• Use keyword "hosts"
• Click on an entry copies it to the clipboard
• OPTION + Click on an entry to delete it
• To add a new entry, simply type "hostadd " e.g. "hostadd 127.0.0.1 google.com"
