how to run on localhost:

  1. make sure PHP, composer and laravel are installed.
  2. clone the repo, and cd into it
  3. run composer update in the terminal.
  4. after that, if no error occured, run php artisan serve in the terminal.
  5. visit the website at localhost:8000
