Overview

This Vue.js component helps make it easier to use Three.js in your applications. The component creates its own camera and renderer (either perspective or orthographic), and uses a global Three.js scene in your Vuex store.

Installation

npm install --save three-vue-viewport

Usage

Make sure you have Vuex installed and have created a Three.js scene

FAQ

Can I use this without Vuex?

Maybe. In theory, just pass your scene into the component. This may have some scope issues though, we'll see. You'll notice this repository is blank and I won't have time to work on it until a week or so for now.

Did you really pass on the opportunity to call this a three-vueport?

three-vue-viewport's Issues

Having a little trouble running the example code with either npm run start, or npm run pack

Hi, was just wondering wether this package is still active / working, I have been using this as a template to avoid some of the pitfalls of running Three.js with Vue.js (very little in the way of examples on the net at present). Thanks for all the hard work and please get back to me if it is possible to get this code to work.

Hi, i´m Sergio, and I am trying to run your application from NPM, but i've got this error:

npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/three-vue-viewport - Not found
npm ERR! 404
npm ERR! 404  'three-vue-viewport@latest' is not in the npm registry.
npm ERR! 404 You should bug the author to publish it (or use the name yourself!)

is there any other way to get this running?
