Invalid composer.json in 3.1.x

Hi,
Our package repository (https://satis.oroinc.com/) fails to update versions because of the invalid composer.json in this repository.

I don't know who added the package there and for what reason, but you can publish it directly to packagist.org with no issues.

For now, we remove the package from satis.oroinc.com. You can add the package to packagist.org after fixing the validation issues.

error In Parser.php line 346 Duplicate key "id" detected at line 9 (near "id: quick_access_container").

Hi i installed theme through composer and cleared the cache.
but below error is coming while clearing the cache, pfb screenshot.

Please check above error and send the solution.
