'Management' skewing topic 20 on EBM?

Regarding the groups that have topic 20 (Ecosystem Based Management) with high frequency:
What would be perhaps interesting, is to see their distribution over years – i’m guessing that most are more recent as the term management (and framework) have been applied more liberally in the last 10 years
