Not possible to build getting error

When I try to build I am getting the following error

Makefile:6: /home/ymj/tarballs/xsd-4.0.0-x86_64-linux-gnu/examples/build/cxx/rules.make: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target '/home/ymj/tarballs/xsd-4.0.0-x86_64-linux-gnu/examples/build/cxx/rules.make'. Stop.

The content of my directory as follows
AMISimpleWireless_xml kern ns-3-codegenerator.cxx
AUTHORS Makefile README.md
COPYING NOTICE TopologySchema.xsd

I installed the following
$ sudo apt-get install sqlite sqlite3 libsqlite3-dev

$ sudo apt-get install libxml2 libxml2-dev

how to write xml

How can I write xml file using SAX parser, update the parsed data in the file.
