A task board that runs itself.
The idea was never the hard part. The making was โ
the builds, the revisions, the checks that never end.
Mint runs the loop for you. Drop your work on the board and it moves itself to done โ
planned, built, reviewed, refined, around the clock,
from make it work, to make it professional, to make it art.
You step in only when it truly matters.
You shape it. We mint it.
Every task is a group chat โ Worker builds, Boss reviews, Delegate decides for you, and you step in only when it matters.

This project is archived (2026-08-26) and is no longer maintained. Codex is what OpenMint was reaching for โ better interaction, more complete. The code stays here, MIT-licensed, to read or fork. Why it existed and what it was aiming at: docs/ARCHIVED.md.

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/idootop/openmint/main/scripts/install.sh | bashDrop a task on the board and let it run:
mint init my-board && cd my-board
mint add "Build a CLI tic-tac-toe game" --context "Node, zero deps, tests"
mint runSteer it whenever you like โ in the terminal, or in OpenMint.app (kanban, group chat, every agent's live session):
mint say 1 "Prefer a 3ร3 grid with a1-style coordinates" # nudge it
mint accept 1 # ship it when you're happyEach task lives in its own group chat. A Worker builds; a Boss reviews with evidence and teaches rather than fixes; a Delegate settles routine calls on your behalf โ so only what truly needs a human reaches you. Every task, and every answer you give, becomes shared knowledge the next one starts from.
And it doesn't stop at working. Each task climbs three bars:
- Make it work โ functional, root-caused, evidence-backed.
- Make it professional โ production-grade, standard, consistent.
- Make it art โ ๅคง้่ณ็ฎ: taste, coherence, a soul.
Everything is a local file โ inspectable, diffable, portable, yours. Deep dive: docs/CONCEPTS.md.
