Level of learning is only relevant to 135 students

Having whitespace in "CSCI XXX" is unnecessary and can cause difficulty when traversing the database later since I'm using this as a key.

If CSCI 135, then require use of these predefined list of topics
Else, give them a free form box to write whatever because it's not that important what they write.

That's the gist of what this signout portion would need. Feel free to change it up as necessary.

I went through the 135 textbook and just wrote this up. Adjust it as you see fit.

Auto fill with the user input

disallow registration window from taking null first names and last names

Trying to close the attendance folder should throw a pop up saying something like "Don't close this window, nor shut down this computer"
