Whenever using the component on a typescript project, it causes the error cannot find module 'firebird-knex'".

I'm trying to use your library in a project of mine, but this message is being thrown on my console at the moment a connection to database is being established. Do you have any clue of what can be happening? For the sake of information, I'm using:

Node 8.9.2
Knex 0.14.3
Bookshelf 0.12.1

I have already tried to downgrade the Node version to 6.6.0, but unfortunately the error keeps being thrown. I've saw that the last commit is from two years ago. Which node version was you using at that time?
