Issue to discuss the best jp2 recipe for both the jp2hk jp2 and the control jp2. In @scossu's document he uses the following command:

Grok isn't supported by IIPimage yet so we can't test the decoding but this issue will investigate the encoding support. It looks to be supported in the documentation here:

I've installed it using homebrew:

brew install grokj2k
