Introducing the WebSocket Protocol

Well, currently the idea is to have an separate thread running, which would accept incoming TCP connections and store them in some kind of data structure like arrays.

And the websocket messages would be transferred within the application using this IPC strategy.

Inside src/lib/Core/IPC/Loop the utility classes provide the functionalities of IPC data transfer using event callbacks upon write, newData, etc...

The current problem is something as stupid as this call blocking the script execution further.
