Interproscan Reader

Easy to extract data from gff3 generated by interproscan.

USAGE:
    interproscan-reader [OPTIONS] --input <input>

FLAGS:
    -h, --help       Prints help information
    -V, --version    Prints version information

OPTIONS:
        --comment <comment>             [default: #]
        --domain-expr <domain-expr>    To select records by domain ID
        --id-expr <id-expr>            To select records by transcripts (or gene) ID
    -i, --input <input>                Input GFF3 file generated by interproscan
        --log-level <log-level>         [possible values: DEBUG, INFO, WARN, ERROR]
        --max-length <max-length>      
        --min-length <min-length>      
        --outformat <out-format>        [possible values: ID, ALL, TSV]
        --source-expr <source-expr>    Filter output by source name

You can use very simple expression to select domain records.

Example

• (cd10017,PF02362) & !PF06507 means you select records including cd10017 or PF02362 and NOT including PF06507.
